Who this notice covers
Legends Gym, LLC operates this website and Legends Gym in Midland, Texas. This notice applies to information Legends handles through this website and through communications you initiate with us. The embedded signup and member-account tools are provided by GymMaster and are also subject to GymMaster's own privacy practices.
Information involved
Depending on how you interact with Legends, information may include:
- basic technical request information used to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and request time;
- limited website-measurement information, such as the page visited, referring page, campaign or ad-click context, approximate location, device category, browser, and operating system when the applicable measurement is active;
- contact information and message content when you call or email us; and
- information you choose to enter in GymMaster, which may include identity, contact, membership, account, payment, and facility-use information.
Legends does not ask you to enter membership or payment information directly into the Legends website. Those interactions occur inside the secure GymMaster experience.
How information is used
Information is used as reasonably necessary to:
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website;
- understand aggregate website traffic and improve the public website;
- respond to questions and provide requested information;
- manage memberships, accounts, facility access, and billing;
- protect members, the facility, and our systems; and
- meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
Legends uses service providers to operate the website and membership experience. These include website hosting and security providers, Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics, GymMaster, and payment or billing providers used within the membership process. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
GymMaster is operated by Treshna Enterprises and describes its own collection, storage, service providers, cookies, and member-data practices in its privacy policy.
Cookies and measurement
Legends uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-traffic measurement. Vercel Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies. It measures page visits and general context such as referrer, approximate country, browser, operating system, and device category. Vercel uses technical request information to produce a daily pseudonymous visitor identifier. Legends does not receive a visitor's name, contact details, membership information, payment information, or raw IP address through this analytics dashboard.
If you select “Allow analytics,” the website loads Google Analytics to measure page visits and whether an online membership flow reaches the Legends confirmation page. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and identifiers to distinguish visits and associate a completed membership with an earlier Google Ads interaction. The website does not send GymMaster form fields, payment information, member IDs, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics through this implementation.
Google measurement stays blocked until you allow it. You may decline and continue using the website and GymMaster. You can revisit or withdraw your choice through “Analytics choices” in the footer. A small local-storage entry remembers that choice. Legends does not enable Google ad personalization, remarketing audiences, Meta Pixel, or cross-site sale of personal information through this website.
GymMaster may use session cookies and other technologies inside its embedded portal. You can also open that portal in a separate tab, and your browser settings may allow you to manage cookies.
Retention and security
Legends keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to provide an active membership or account, to meet legal and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Aggregate website measurements remain available for the reporting periods configured in Legends' Vercel and Google Analytics accounts and are not used by Legends to build cross-site visitor profiles. Retention within GymMaster and connected payment services is also governed by their systems, agreements, and applicable requirements.
Legends uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to ask whether Legends processes your personal data and request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. Legends does not currently sell personal data or use this website for targeted advertising.
Your analytics choice can be changed at any time through the “Analytics choices” control in the website footer. Withdrawing permission stops future Google measurement from this website and removes the Google Analytics cookies available to the site from the current browser. Previously collected information may remain in aggregate reports for the configured retention period.

Please describe your request and how we can identify the relevant account or interaction. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If a request is denied, you may appeal by replying or writing again with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line or at the top of the letter.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact Legends using the methods above.
